Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Hollands Hope on the 2nd shift in Holland, MI. This on-site, part-time role supports individuals to build independence through daily living activities and community involvement.

You’ll work in a compassionate, person-centered setting, providing ADLs, transportation, and activities while maintaining a safe environment and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
