• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Shift availability including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure safety 24/7 through routine checks.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
• Build trust through consistent, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with individuals served, community, and professionals.
• Help develop problem-solving, communication, and independence skills.
• Assist with daily living activities (mobility, dressing, bathing, meals).
• Monitor health and vital signs as needed.
• Attend medical appointments and relay info between providers.
• Read and implement care plans; document promptly.
• Connect individuals with community opportunities.
• Support community participation, volunteering, and employment goals.
