Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals build independence within the community. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered support, assist with daily living activities, transportation, and health and wellness while helping develop new skills and personal goals.

As a DSP you will foster trust, teamwork, and a supportive environment. The role requires flexibility, communication, and resilience to meet varied client needs on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and pass background checks.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, medications, and personal care.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
