The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities for training and professional growth. A valid MI driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Shift Full-Time / Part Time including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure safety 24/7 through checks and oversight.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
• Build trust and empathy through consistent communication.
• Help individuals engage with community and activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility tasks.
• Attend medical appointments and relay information accurately.
• Document care plans and progress clearly.
