Job summary

Brookville Center for Children's Services in Plainview, NY is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the AHRC Floral Avenue location, Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm. You will support residents in daily living, health, safety and well-being, helping people reach their goals and maintain quality of life.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred), and a valid NYS driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must submit a valid NYS driver's license, and maintain a qualified driver status throughout employment.
• Must have the ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information

Plainview Floral Avenue 7am-3pm

The pay range for this position is starting at $14.00 per hour and above based on experience

AHRC Nassau operates the largest residential program on Long Island. With over 100 supervised and supportive settings, each home reflects the interests of its residents. Direct Support Professionals work with each person supported toward reaching their goals and desired outcomes.
