Job summary

Albertina Kerr is seeking caring staff to support adults with disabilities in group homes in Oregon. You will assist with daily living tasks, accompany clients on home visits and outings, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment. Training is provided to develop the necessary skills for high-quality care.

Role involves driving as needed, documenting health observations, and coordinating with families and medical professionals to promote independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preference for applicants who can work at least one weekend day.
• Ability to meet background, reference and driving requirements.

Each day, you'll support adults in being successful in what they want to do. Common tasks involve help with medications, cooking, dressing, personal hygiene and cleaning.
