Spectrum Community Services in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Adult CLS. The role coordinates on-site active treatment in AFs or CLS homes, helping individuals with physical, cognitive, and behavioral disabilities with daily living tasks and community integration.

Training is provided (including CPR/FA). Must be 18+, have a Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation; background check and MILTC clearance are required.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must provide two work references showing good performance and attendance.
• Must have a valid Michigan Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check including fingerprinting, MILTC screening, TB test, drug screen, and physical exam.

Mansioni

About the role

Spectrum Community Services is hiring compassionate, honest, energetic Direct Support Professionals. This position is responsible for on-site coordination of active treatment in Adult Foster Care (AFS) or Community Living Services (CLS) homes or private residence, serving individuals with physical, cognitive, and/or behavioral disabilities. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to helping clients with cooking, cleaning, community integration, health, and personal care.

Experience working with people with disabilities (preferred but not required). We provide all required training including CPR/FA certification.

Qualifications:
