Easterseals Rehabilitation Center- Evansville, IN is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the 3rd shift to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a group-home setting. You will assist clients with daily activities, support personal hygiene, and help them participate in community outings.

The role emphasizes building authentic relationships, fostering a family-like environment, and growing leadership abilities within a stable, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Paid training is provided; no prior experience required.
• Strengths: Organized, good communication, reliable, and team-oriented.
