Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals to join the Adult Residential program in Carneys Point, NJ. You will support autistic and developmentally challenged individuals, implement treatment plans, and assist with daily living activities to help residents reach personal goals.

This onsite 2nd shift role (36 hours weekly) offers a starting hourly wage of $19.61–$20.00 plus incentives, with benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within Bancroft.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License in the candidate's legal name and current address; one year driving experience.
• Minimum of six months related work experience OR Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Desire to work with autistic and developmentally challenged individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data.
• Assist with daily living activities: personal hygiene, meals, money management, and housekeeping.
• Provide personal care and supervision, teaching daily living and functional skills.
• Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings; provide safe transportation.
• Resolve problem behavior situations in line with Bancroft’s safety and crisis procedures.
• Complete paperwork and maintain regular documentation; communicate with residents, families and guardians.
