Job summary

Bancroft in Hopewell, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the 2nd shift to help adults with autism and other developmental disabilities live as independently as possible. You will support daily activities, safety, and personal care in a compassionate, respectful environment.

This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $19.06–$19.44 and a 38-hour week, with opportunities to plan activities, work with a supportive team, and make a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.

Schedule: Wed and Thurs: 3p-11p, Fri: 3p-9p, Sat: 7a-11p - 38 hours/week

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
