Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Medford, NJ. This full-time role supports adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, empowering them through daily-life skills and personalized care plans.

The DSP works as part of the BI - Adult Brain Injury team, fosters independence, plans community events, and communicates with residents and families. A valid driver's license and weekend availability are required.

We are Hiring: Direct Support Professional - Full Time

Location: Medford, NJ

Department: BI - Adult Brain Injury

Hourly Rate: $19.06-$ 19.44/hr

Schedule: Sun: 8a-4p, Mon: 9a-9p, Fri: 4p-9p, Sat: 8a-9p - 36 hours/week

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
