Job summary

Bancroft is seeking Direct Support Professionals for the 2nd shift in Hopewell, NJ. This role focuses on compassionate care, empowering adults with disabilities to develop daily living skills, and fostering independence through tailored plans of care.

You will work with a supportive team, plan community activities, and maintain clear communication with residents, families, and guardians. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.

We are Hiring: Direct Support Professional - 2nd shift

Location: Hopewell, NJ

Department: BI - Adult Brain Injury

Hourly Rate: $19.06-$ 19.44/hr

Schedule: Wed and Thurs: 3p-11p, Fri: 3p-9p, Sat: 7a-11p - 38 hours/week

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
