Beacon Specialized Living seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our group home in Pennsylvania. No prior experience required; training will be provided to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Aged 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• On-the-job training provided; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Support & Care following person-centered plans.
• Foster a safe, respectful environment.
• Meal prep and housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Transport residents to appointments and advocate on their behalf.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor doses.
• Remain available in homes requiring 24/7 care.
• Supervise daily activities and life skills training.
