Verland in Gibsonia, PA is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide Exceptional Care for residents with complex needs. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on individualized support, daily activities, and medication administration within a structured house setting.

The position offers a 40-hour work week (7am-3pm, Mon-Fri) with a $20 per hour wage and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Training is provided, and comprehensive benefits follow after 30 hours worked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
• Must pass background, physical, and drug screening.
