Job summary

Accessible Space, Inc. is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals to join our team at our Las Vegas location. The DSP will assist with mobility and activities of daily living by following treatment plans to help clients reach their goals.

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour with benefits such as Daily Pay, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, wellness rebate, EAP, and life insurance. Wide variety of hours, including swings and overnights, are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum age 18.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance as required by Nevada.
• Ability to read, write, speak English for accurate communication.
• Professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living per treatment plans.

To qualify you must have:

• High school diploma or GED, and a minimum age of 18 (as required by the State of Nevada).
• Must have a valid Driver's License and possess proof of automobile insurance, as required by the State of Nevada.
• Ability to effectively communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Must be able to read, write, hear, understand, and speak English in order to ensure accurate communication and documentation.
• Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.

• Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, previous related health care training or experience and an aptitude to understand health care needs and respond to clients with dignity all a plus!!
