Accessible Space in Las Vegas is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals to join a long-established, growing organization with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and age 18+ per Nevada requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance as required by Nevada.
• Ability to read, write, hear, understand, and speak English for accurate communication.
• Professional conduct, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse individuals.
• Health-care training or experience is a plus.

We are currently seeking part time Direct Support Professionals to join our team within a successful, growing, long‑established organization with an amazing team!

We are hiring for 2 locations in the Las Vegas area (Cedar Street or Mojave Road).

Starting wage is $17.00 hour

The DSP provides assistance with rehabilitation, mobility, and activities of daily living by following treatment plans for individuals to reach their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and a minimum age of 18 (as required by the State of Nevada).
• Must have a valid Driver's License and possess proof of automobile insurance (as required by the State of Nevada).
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Must be able to read, write, hear, understand, and speak English to ensure accurate communication and documentation.
• Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
• Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior related health‑care training or experience and an aptitude to understand health‑care needs and respond to clients with dignity—all a plus!
