Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Washington, PA. This PT Day shift (7a-3p) includes on-demand pay options and a commitment to helping participants live well and participate in community activities.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily routines, and help participants meet goals around budgeting, nutrition, and independence, while building meaningful

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support individuals with complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.

Location: Washington, PA 15301

Shift: PT Day (7a-3p Sun & Sat) 16

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

On-Demand Pay Available

Valid Driver's License (1+ years driving experience required)
