Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring a Direct Support Professional for IDD services in Belle Vernon, PA. This FT overnight role runs 11pm–7am Sun–Tue and 3pm–11pm Wed/Thu, at $19.00 per hour with on-demand pay available.

You will support individuals with developmental disabilities by assisting with personal care, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in community activities. A valid driver's license is required, with a vehicle and insurance proof.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviours.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.”

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Valid, unrestricted license (1+ years driving experience required)
