Job summary

Sevita, through Mentor Community Services in New Eagle, PA, seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with IDD. The role offers a full-time daytime/evening/night schedule and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour, with on-demand pay options.

You will support daily living, personal hygiene, and community participation while building meaningful relationships and fostering growth for participants. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Support participants in developing budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.

Shift: FT Day/Eve/Night (7am-3pm Sun; 11pm-7am Mon; 3pm-11pm Wed and 11pm-7am Fri) 32

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

On-Demand Pay Available

Valid, unrestricted license (1+ years driving experience required)
