Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring a Direct Support Professional for IDD services in Canonsburg, PA. This full-time evening shift (3pm-11pm Wed-Sat) offers $18.00 per hour and benefits, with on-demand pay and a valid driver’s license required.

You’ll support individuals with developmental goals, assist with personal care, and help participants engage with the community. Sevita emphasizes growth, meaningful relationships, and a stable, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in community integration and participation in activities of choice.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being; document and communicate participant progress.

Direct Support Professional - IDD Services

Location: Canonsburg, PA, 15317

Shift: FT Evening (3pm-11pm Wed-Sat) 32

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

• A valid driver's license with 1+ years' driving experience is REQUIRED
