Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Direct Support Professional to help individuals with IDD in White Oak, PA. The role involves daily living support, personal care, and community participation. The PT Day shift runs 7am–3pm on Sundays; pay is $16.00/hour with On-Demand Pay available.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years driving experience with a valid license; prior human services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support participants with complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop meaningful relationships and provide compassionate, patient care.

Direct Support Professional - IDD Services

Location: White Oak, PA 15131

Shift: PT Day (7am-3pm Sun) 8

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

On-Demand Pay Available

Valid, unrestricted license (1+ years driving experience required)
