Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our program in Warminster, PA. No experience is required as paid training is provided.

This full-time shift runs on Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-12:00am with an hourly rate of $16-$18/hr, and a potential Enhanced Pay Option to earn up to $18.00/hour. DSPs will support individuals in daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping and shopping, fostering independence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a home health aide or school setting with individuals with IDD is preferred.
• Willingness to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal care, housekeeping and laundry.
• Support social and communication skills through planned activities.

Hourly Rate: $16-$18/hr

Earn up to $18.00/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
