Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Marlton, NJ program. This role offers paid training and the chance to make a meaningful impact on residents' daily lives. No experience required, with strong support from supervisors to help you grow.

Pay rate is $18.13 per hour, or $20.13 per hour with Enhanced Pay. Candidates should be enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to foster independence in individuals in a supportive home setting.

Qualifications

• No experience required - PAID training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (prefer own transportation).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities to promote independence.
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to residents under supervision.

Education

Be a part of fostering a true sense of pride in your individual by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry. Your work is performed in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager who reviews results through living area observation of activities in progress, residents’ responsiveness, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings. Make a difference in the life of those you work with to enhance their independence by assisting with daily and personal activities.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
