Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services seeks compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Alexander area. You will help ensure daily needs are met in the home and in the community with safety and respect.

Responsibilities include one-on-one support, daily living assistance (personal care, meals, medications), and maintaining a positive, compliant environment while following agency policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Work Schedule:

Afterschool/weekends, flexible schedule.

Needed support during some weekends:
