Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in home and community settings. You will support daily living activities, safety, and companionship, helping individuals maintain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, transportation to the Dream Center, and supporting the individual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Assist with daily living activities,including personal care,meal preparation,and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Transport the individual to and from the Dream Center.
• Assist the individual in completing daily living activities,including toileting,dressing,and supervision.
• Work with the individual at the Dream Center.

Job Types

• Monday - Friday - CLS 4pm-6pm
