Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor safety, transport to activities, and collaborate with families and day programs to support independence and well-being.
