Job summary

Help at Home in Missouri is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, delivering compassionate in-home care with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities

• In-Home Assistance – help with day-to-day activities like preparing meals, cleaning, dressing, grooming, laundry, monitoring vital signs, bathing, toileting, technology and other basic activities
• Companionship – join clients in playing games, arts and crafts, and accompany them to events outside the home like appointments, grocery shopping and running errands
• Community Building – create a safe and positive living situation for clients by communicating with the family and other staff about any concerns or challenges

As a Direct Support Professional, You’ll Work 1-on-1 With Your Clients Inside Their Homes, And Support Them With The Following Types Of Activities
