Independent Case Management Inc. seeks caregivers to support customers with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, meals, and medication administration, along with light housework. You will also assist with appointments and transportation, acting as a compassionate companion.

You will document each shift’s activities in an online platform, monitor safety and equipment, and help clients achieve goals and community integration while following HIPAA and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Follows SOPs and policies.
• Complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintains punctual attendance.

Responsabilités

• Provide care support including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and medication administration.
• Help customers attend appointments and arrange transportation as needed.
• Assist customers in achieving personal goals and community integration.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities via an online platform.
• Observe customer condition and monitor surroundings to ensure safety and success.
• Perform other duties as assigned and demonstrate quality decision making.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
