Independent-Case-Management-Inc in Hope, Arkansas is seeking compassionate home health aides to provide quality care and guidance to clients in their daily living activities. You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, transportation, and housework, observe conditions for safety, and report daily updates via an online platform.

A high school diploma or equivalent and adherence to HIPAA are required.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials

• Understands and endorses ICM’s mission and vision

• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education)
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance
