Job summary

Quality Care LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower clients in their homes, promoting independence and quality of life. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and transport clients to appointments, while upholding person-centered care.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time shifts, thorough paid training, mileage reimbursement for client transport, and PTO. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or caregiving is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Pass background checks.
• Must be able to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or in a caregiving role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting independence.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
• Pass background checks.
• $18-20 per hour.
• Paid training and mileage reimbursement for client transport.
• Flexible scheduling to help balance work and life commitments.
