Focus Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to
join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). DSPs provide direct support to individuals
with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, helping them develop skills, increase
independence, and actively participate in their communities.

potential. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve personal goals,
build meaningful relationships, and lead fulfilling lives.
Students pursuing degrees in psychology, social work, education, nursing, healthcare, or related

valuable real-world experience.
Support individuals with building skills such as household chores, meal preparation,
independence, and community involvement
Responsible for all duties related to direct-care and Activities of Daily Life, including
Health & Safety of the individual.
Help individuals work toward personal goals and reach their full potential.
Build positive and professional relationships while promoting dignity, respect, and
self-determination.
