Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Direct Support Professional for IDD services in Churchill, PA. This full-time overnight role (11pm–7am) includes on-demand pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will support individuals with developmental goals, personal care, and community participation, while building meaningful relationships and ensuring safe, respectful care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with access to an insured vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with developmental goals and community participation.
• Engage participants in activities and monitor wellbeing.

Direct Support Professional - IDD Services

Location: Churchill, PA, 15325

Shift: FT Overnight (11pm-7am Mon-Fri) 40

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

On-Demand Pay Available

Valid, unrestricted license (1+ years driving experience required)
