Job summary

Bond Health is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with disabilities in community-based programs in Queens. This part-time role focuses on promoting independence, safety, and daily living skills within adult day programs.

Responsibilities include supporting self-directed activities, monitoring health and safety, and building relationships with participants and families. Flexible schedules and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Home and Community-Based Waiver services is a plus.
• Understanding of Person-Centered Planning.
