Job summary

Bond Health in New York is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in adult day programs. This role emphasizes promoting independence, safety, skill development, and community participation.

Schedules include Full-Time (35 hours/ week) and Part-Time (30 hours/ week) with work locations in Queens and the Bronx. The DSP will work closely with participants, families, and staff to ensure engaging, person-centered support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Home and Community-Based Waiver services is a plus.
