Sevita in Mulberry, FL is seeking compassionate direct care staff to support individuals with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

This is a full-time role with afternoon/evening hours, offering $15.00/hour, full benefits, PTO, and opportunities for training within a stable, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
