Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a working vehicle, personal vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours (as required) to meet individual needs (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Excellent work and personal references required.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and socialization to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with life skills development and community engagement.
• Support with routine housekeeping, personal hygiene, and nutrition tasks.
• Administer medications and assist during medical appointments as needed.
• Ensure home safety and proper use of adaptive devices.

Our Direct Support Professionals provide assistance to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities to live an independent life. Our caring professionals assist with:

• Companionship
• Community engagement and socialization
• Life Skills
• Community Outings
• Personal hygiene
• Routine housekeeping tasks
• Administration of medications
• Money management
• Nutrition, grocery shopping, and cooking
• Attending medical appointments
• Proper use of appliances and adaptive/assistive devices
• Home safety, first aid, and emergency procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a working vehicle, personal vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours (as required) to meet individual needs (evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Weekend Premium: Staff will receive a $1.00 increase to their hourly rate of pay.

Midnight Premium: Staff will receive a $1.50 increase to their hourly rate of pay.
