Job summary

All Scope Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help individuals with disabilities live meaningful and independent lives. DSPs provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, and supervision to promote health, safety, and wellbeing.

You will assist with daily living activities, scheduling, transportation, and community participation, while documenting progress and collaborating with care teams. Commitment to dignity and compassion is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in caregiving, human services, or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background study and eligibility requirements.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to treating individuals with dignity, respect, and compassion.

• Support meal planning, preparation, and healthy eating.
• Assist with daily schedules, medical appointments, and community activities.
• Provide transportation and help with errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pick-ups.

• Complete accurate and detailed progress notes at the end of each shift.
