Job summary

All About Caring Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals to support adults receiving HCBS in Circle Pines and nearby areas.

You'll provide one-on-one in-home care, assist with daily living, promote independence, monitor health and safety, and follow each person's support plan while documenting progress. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts available, with paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass a Minnesota DHS background study.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus; we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support community outings and social engagement.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.

All About Caring Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team supporting an adult receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). We are hiring multiple caregivers to provide 24-hour coverage and are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others live safely and independently.

Position Summary

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in the client’s home and community. You'll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, ensure the client's health and safety, and help achieve goals identified in the person's support plan.
