Job summary

CORE DYNAMICS LLC in Meridian, Idaho is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care and support to participants in their homes and community. The role involves helping individuals develop daily living skills, participate in activities, and maintain dignity.

Training is provided, with competitive pay and overnight sleep shift options. Shifts include day, evening, and overnight, with pay ranges of $16–$19 per hour and overnight options at $12/hour.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Strong observation and documentation skills.
• Meet employment and health requirements.
• Experience is a plus—but not required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence while teaching valuable life skills.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and daily routines.
• Take participants into the community for activities and appointments.
• Build genuine friendships and positive relationships.
• Support personal goals and celebrate achievements.
• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect.
• Complete daily documentation.

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($16–19/hour)
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($16–19/hour)
Overnight Sleep Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($12/hour)

? Weekend Pay Differential Available

Services are provided in participants' homes and throughout the community.

Requirements:
