This position offers $16–$19/hour, with paid training and certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and Medication Assistance. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living
• Able to observe, communicate, and complete required documentation
• Meet employment and health requirements
• Experience in caregiving, developmental disabilities, healthcare, behavioral support, or related work is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines, life skills, and independence
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care as needed
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
• Encourage personal goals and celebrate progress
• Complete daily documentation
