Job summary

Myers Davis Life Coaching Inc seeks a Direct Support Professional to join our team supporting individuals through Arkansas DDS Waiver services. The DSP reports to the Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director and participates in a team approach to achieve Community Based Services goals.

This is a Full-Time position with evening and weekend hours, focusing on compassionate, person-centered care, community activities, skill-building, and safety in daily living.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid state license or ID.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background checks.
• Should exhibit patience, kindness, and understanding.

Description

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Full-Time position with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday-Sunday, 1:00pm-6:00pm.
