ETTA seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a young man with intellectual and developmental disabilities in its Employment Services - Community Integration Department in Pico-Robertson, West Los Angeles. Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays 2:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m. Start pay: $32–$35 per hour.

• Strong knowledge of Jewish culture and traditions.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a licensed driver with a clean driving record for 3 years.
• Must have own insured vehicle.

• Provide Direct Support to a young man with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
• Assist with community integration, social activities, and day-to-day routines.
• Engage, guide, and support independent living goals.
• Maintain safety and compliance in all activities.

ETTA (non-profit / Human Services) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a young man with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in our Employment Services - Community Integration Department

Location:

Pico-Robertson Area (Jewish Community and surrounding areas in West L.A.) - The Bhatia Family Village -

Schedule:

Mondays & Wednesdays 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements:

• Must have some professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs.


• Must have strong knowledge of Jewish culture and traditions


• Must be at least 21 years of age


• Must be a licensed driver for a minimum of three years with a clean driving record


• Must have your own insured vehicle (with your name listed on proof of insurance as an authorized driver

Description:

Seeking male staff (for religious reasons) who is engaging, friendly, interactive, genuine, positive, and reliable (with a goal of long-term employment). Looking for staff with a fun, likeable - even unique - personality, who is interested in and involved with the Jewish community and culture.

Rate of Pay:

Starting at $32 - $35 per hour

Paid Training Provided (weekdays / daytime hours)
