Job summary

AHL Healthcare Group in Hutchinson, MN is hiring Direct Support Professionals (Part-Time). The role supports adults with disabilities in home settings, with evening and overnight shifts.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with full-time benefits availability for some programs and a DHS background check requirement. Responsibilities include meal preparation, medication administration, assisting residents with activities, attending appointments, and promoting independence and social engagement.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study.
• Available to work every other weekend.
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and cleaning.

• Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.).
• Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.).

About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage in those programs. Hours Of Position

• Evenings 2pm-10pm
• Overnights 10pm-8am
