Job summary

Ahlhealthcaregroup in Buffalo, MN is seeking Direct Support Professionals for part-time evening and overnight shifts. You will assist residents with daily tasks, administer medications, and help organize social activities to support independent living in a safe, supportive environment.

The role requires being at least 18, passing a MN DHS background check, and availability every other weekend. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.

About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage in those programs. Location: Buffalo, MN

Compensation: $18.00

Part-Time Positions

Hours of Position:

Evenings 2pm-10pm

Overnights 10pm-8am

Typical Job Duties:

• Cooking and cleaning
• Medication administration & documentation
• Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
• Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
• Most importantly - Making a difference in the lives of others

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Available to work every other weekend
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record
