Job summary

At Home Living in Spring Lake Park, MN is hiring Direct Support Professionals for part-time roles. The position offers rotating shifts (AM 7:00–3:00, PM 3:00–11:00) with every-other-weekend availability. Compensation is $18.00/hour, with potential for full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, medication administration, and engaging residents in activities. Requirements: 19+, MN DHS background check, valid license/insurance, and ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Available to work every other weekend

About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage in those programs. Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule:

This is typically a part-time position with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Full-time opportunities may occasionally become available.

• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
