Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding) and light housekeeping.
• Assist with daily living activities and accompany to appointments or errands.
• Provide written daily shift updates using an online platform.
• Monitor customer condition and safety, including equipment and surroundings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team; respond to changes and emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
