Ahlhealthcaregroup in Minnesota is hiring Direct Support Professionals for part-time roles in Jackson. This position supports adults with disabilities in the At Home Living program, providing compassionate care, daily living assistance, and meaningful engagement in a respectful home setting.

Typical shifts are mornings and evenings, with responsibilities including meals, medication administration, documentation, social activities, outings, and accompaniment to appointments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study.
• Available to work every other weekend.
• Current Driver's License, car insurance, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and cleaning.
• Medication administration and documentation.
• Socializing with residents (games, activities, walks, outings).
• Attending appointments and outings with clients (shopping, movies, etc.).
• Making a difference in the lives of others.

About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage in those programs. Compensation: $17.00/hour

Part-Time Positions

Hours of Position:

• Mornings (7am-3pm)
• Evenings (3pm-11pm)

Typical Job Duties:

• Cooking and cleaning
• Medication administration & documentation
• Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
• Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
• & Most importantly - Making a difference in the lives of others

Requirements:
