Ahlhealthcaregroup is hiring Direct Support Professionals for our Edgemont Blvd, MN location. Join a team helping adults with disabilities live fulfilling, safe lives in 4-bedroom residential settings.

DSPs advocate, educate and care for residents with compassion, supporting daily activities and community engagement. The role offers part-time schedules (8am-2pm or 2pm-10pm) with every other weekend required, competitive compensation at $18.00 per hour, and a benefits package including health,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study.
• Available to work every other weekend.
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record.

About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

A DSP functions as an advocate, supporter, educator and caregiver to individuals with disabilities. We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. Our programs are 4-bedroom residential settings & centered around the individuals we support. Compensation:

• $18.00

Part-Time Hours of Position:

8am-2pm

2pm-10pm

Every other weekend is required

Typical Job Duties:
