Job summary

Afton, MN-based Direct Support Professionals are needed to support adults in our At Home Living division. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, meal prep, medication administration, and social activities with residents in our four-bedroom homes.

This is a part-time, on-site role with morning hours (7am-5pm) and opportunity for wage growth; compensation is $18 per hour and includes benefits after 1 year.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study.
• Available to work every other weekend.
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record.
• Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and cleaning.
• Medication administration & documentation.
• Socializing with residents (games, movies, walks, bonfires, etc.).
• Attending appointments and outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.).
• Making a difference in the lives of others.

About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage in those programs. Part-Time Positions

Hours of Position:

Mornings (7am-5pm)

Typical Job Duties:
