Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Verona, PA. Earn up to $18.74/hour with the Enhanced Pay option. Shift: Monday–Wednesday 3 pm–11 pm and Sat–Sun 9 am–3 pm. No experience required—we provide paid training!

We seek mission-driven, compassionate, reliable individuals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Greensburg, PA within our Home and Community Division. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be ready to join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
